Design and Manufacture any type of Maritime Buoy, fully certified, with total control over every stage of production and quality assurance, in order to fully meet requirements.
SURFACE
The most common type of maritime buoys
Osaka Industry is capable of producing nearly an infinite number of different units of surface buoys. We have decided to select a few standard sizes to make the creation of a catalog feasible, separated them in different models, which are grouped across a few categories.
If you already know what surface buoy you need, simply send us an inquiry, and we will come back with a dedicated technical and commercial proposal.
If not, you are welcomed to explore our many models of specific surface buoys, with attached technical drawings, datasheets, and descriptions that will guide you on selecting the right buoy for your project.
They are the most widely used type of maritime buoys, at surface level, with applications in the Offshore, in Aquaculture, in Navigation, and for general purpose projects even.
They are an element of the mooring line, that is connected to a section of the anchor chain to secure it in place, and essentially support the greater structure, without withstanding its full load.
These are Heavy-Duty support buoys, with specialized design, materials and specifications fit for the harsher environments in the Offshore and deep waters.
These buoys are attached to the end of the Mooring Line, used as an element to connect the greater structure such as a ship or an Offshore rig, to the anchor chain.
Special surface buoys made for communicating visual signals with nearby boats or other maritime users, assisting them during navigation, and often providing markings.
Specialized types of buoys built for research and monitoring purposes, frequently used in Oceanographic operations, using what is referred to as "Data Buoys".
Another specialized type of support buoys, designed with an empty core that allows a chain, a cable or a fiber rope to pass through it, allowing movement across itself.
These are a highly common type of buoy, widely used across industries such as aquaculture and the Offshore, which allow different modules to be connected in order to adjust the buoyancy.
Our newest generation of maritime buoys, built with an ultra resistant Polyurethane Soft Skin, allowing them to withstand harsher conditions, for a longer time.
SUBSURFACE
The most Specialized type of maritime buoys
We are building our first website in English. The catalog of subsurface buoys is not yet complete in English, but our Design and Manufacture capabilities are left intact, please send us your inquiries regarding subsurface buoys, we will be pleased to assist you with our products and services:
