These are our smaller standard sizes of Osaka's Navigation Buoys, starting at just 100 kgs of Net Buoyancy, with a diameter of almost 1 m on the base, typically deployed in shallow waters for temporary construction zones, or delimiting fish farms on aquaculture sites, or near quays mainly. These smaller standard sizes go up to 700 kg of Net Buoyancy, with a 2 m diameter body, which are more commonly used in harbors, channels, or even in places subject to stronger currents. These buoys are ideal for most navigation applications, and are the most commonly used size range. Smaller sizes are also available, as they are commonly used in marinas, or in private quays.

Our medium sizes start at 1 ton of net buoyancy and range up to 7.5 tons. These buoys are larger in size, over 2.5 meters and reaching 3.6 m the larger sizes. They are commonly classified as heavy duty Navigation Buoys, they are commonly used in the open sea, in areas with higher visibility requirements, and can be found in exposed coastal sites for guiding ships even from further away locations. Their size, combined with our IALA compliant colors and lanterns and other technologies, make them a strong candidate for their use in north European countries, or even in Offshore projects.

Larger sizes of Navigation Buoys start at 10 Tons of Net Buoyancy, achieved with bodies starting at 4 m of diameter. Even larger sizes can be produced without problem, and are typically employed in special projects for deep waters, such as in the Offshore Oil & Gas, or even recently are starting to be used as Navigation Buoys near the Offshore Wind Projects. These larger sizes, as well as our other series, comply fully with the IALA requirements.
